TITLE SPONSOR $7000:  Lead Sponsor for the 2014 Spring & Fall Shoot.

  • Two 4 man team Registrations at both 2014 shoots
  • Banner at entrance to shoot, additional banner at pavilion area
  • Two lane sponsors per shoot
  • Company name & Logo will go on the OAC Home Page as the Title Sponsor. When clicking on the name or Logo you will be routed to the sponsor’s web site.
  • We would encourage any additional items with company logo to be put into ditty bags

Corporate Sponsor $2500: A donation of $2500 will give a corporate level. At this level they will receive the following:

  • Two 4 man Team Registrations at current shoot.
  • Their company name will be on the OAC Sponsor page as a Corporate Sponsor.  When clicking on the name or logo you will be routed to the sponsor’s web site.
  • Large Banner displayed at the shoot
  • Two Lane Sponsors
  • Recognized at awards ceremony

Gold Sponsor $1500: A donation of $1500 per shoot will receive a Gold level sponsorship.

  • One 4 man Team Registration at current shoot
  • Large banner displayed at that shoot.
  • Recognition at awards ceremony

Bow Sponsor – Adult $1000: A donation of $1000 per shoot qualifies a company for a Bow Sponsor level.

  • Recognition at awards ceremony.
  • Company name on sponsor board.
  • A company representative will have the opportunity to address the crowd when the bow is given away.

Bow Sponsor – Youth $750: A donation of $750 per shoot qualifies a company for a Bow Sponsor level.

  • Recognition at awards ceremony.
  • Company name on sponsor board.
  • A company representative will have the opportunity to address the crowd when the bow is given away.

Trophy Sponsor – Adult $2000: A donation of $2000 per shoot to cover the cost of trophies at that shoot qualifies a company for a Trophy Sponsor level.

  • Company name and logo engraved on each trophy.
  • Company name on sponsor board.
  • Recognition at awards ceremony.
  • A trophy sponsor will have the option to present trophies if they wish.

Trophy Sponsor – Youth $500: A donation of $500 per shoot to cover the cost of trophies at that shoot qualifies a company for a Youth Trophy Sponsor level.

  • Company name and logo engraved on each trophy.
  • Company name on sponsor board.
  • Recognition at awards ceremony.
  • A trophy sponsor will have the option to present trophies if they wish.

T-Shirt Sponsor $1500: Per Sponsorship

  • Company logo displayed on the T-Shirt or hat

Lane Sponsor $50: Lane Sponsors will get their company name put on a sign that will be placed at a designated shooting lane.

Novelty Shoot: The Novelty Shoot will be conducted, completely, by an oilfield related company. Buffalo Archery Club can assist if necessary. This company must provide a door prize to be given away at a drawing for all the people that shot. Any additional door prizes they wish to be given away will be welcomed. The money generated from the novelty shoot will be distributed as follows. – 50% will go to St. Jude – 30/20 split will be awarded to the 1st & 2nd place shooters.

Team Registration $600: Per 4 Man Team

Individual Registration $175: Individuals may register for the shoot but will be put on a standby list. They will be notified when a slot opens up or when there are enough individuals to form a four man team.

Door Prize Donation $50: Door prize donations are offered in $50 increments with a minimum of $50. To donate more than $50 please select the incremental number of tickets to arrive at your preferred donation amount. For example, to donate $150 toward door prizes, purchase 3 tickets.
